Fruits are a natural remedy for many health issues. Use a mixture of mashed strawberries and kiwis and let it dry on your face. It acts as a genuine fruit-based peel and rinsing it off after a few minutes peels off the affected skin. You can use cucumbers or apricots to make this peel as well. Massaging papaya juice gently on the freckled skin has also been known as an effective technique. In addition, fruits also make your skin look fresh and healthy.
5. Consume more vitamin C
Increase vitamin-C foods in your diet. Citrus fruits and green vegetables are a good source of the this nutrient which will help in lightening of the freckles.
6. Lightening Creams
Bleaching and lightening creams are commonly available in beauty stores. These are made using ingredients that help lighten the skin and as a result lessen the freckles. You can use creams with Aloe or licorice extracts.
Yes, honey helps in reducing freckles too. Apply a warm mixture of honey in water on your face. Use it as a face wash. Rinse off after fifteen minutes. This will reduce freckles and keep lightening their coloration.
8. Castor Oil
Apply castor oil on freckled skin daily before going to bed. Wash it off skin the next morning and you will eventually acknowledge that the skin pigmentation equalizes and the freckles start to disappear.
